Clinical uses of ultrasound imaging technique

The participants are not
permitted to touch the transducer or the
machine. |

However hands-on experience will be given to the

Continuity of the observership is
to be maintained strictly by the
participant ; Observership in each of
the above subject(s) will be given one
after the other. Sunday is weekly
holiday. Festival/National holidays and
also on Bundh (Strike) day(s), if any
declared either on the date of
commencement of the Observership or
during the continuance of the
Observership.

Mode of Payment
|
|
|
|
The participant's fee(s) as mentioned
above is/are to be paid 100% in advance
either in cash or by Demand Draft drawn
correctly in the name of :- "Anusuya
Sharma Medical Education
Foundation" and payable at
Kolkata.
The participant's fee is NOT
REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Commencement of Observership
|
|
|
|
The date of commencement of the
Observership for the concerned subject
will be finalized on "FIRST COME
FIRST SERVED" basis after
receipt of the documents (as detailed
below) along with the remittance of the
fees.

Boarding and Lodging
|
|
|
|
Boarding and Lodging in Kolkata is to be
arranged by the participant entirely at
his own risk and cost. The Institute
will not be in a position to render any
assistance in this matter
|

Apron and Rubber Slipper
|
|
|
|
The participant may please bring one
white Apron and one pair of Rubber
Slipper for his use during the time of
observation.
|
|
Certificate of Observership
|
|
|
|
Certificate of Observership in any of
the subjects mentioned above
will be issued by us after successful
completion of the observation.
